Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Account details you provide (company name, email, password hash), the contact lists and campaign content you upload, and operational data such as login timestamps, IP addresses, and send/open/click events needed to run the service.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, deliver your campaigns, protect the platform from abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contact data, yours or your subscribers', to third parties.
3. Your subscribers' data
Contacts you import remain your responsibility. When a contact unsubscribes or their message bounces/complains, we retain their address on a suppression list specifically to prevent future sends to them — this is a safety mechanism, not general marketing use.
4. Data retention
Account and campaign data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plaintext), sending credentials are encrypted at rest, and sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies.
