3. Account suspension
Accounts with excessive bounce rates, spam complaints, or confirmed non-consensual sending may be suspended without notice to protect the deliverability of all senders on the platform.
4. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
